Kim Bailey is a highly experienced civil trial lawyer and litigator with more than 30 years in legal practice. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Harvard University. Kim Bailey Phipps is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1991.
Over the course of her career, Kim Bailey has gained first and second chair jury trial experience, and a broad background in civil matters like those handled by the 162nd Civil District Court. Her judicial philosophy is founded on the belief that fairness and justice are the ultimate goal in every case. Kim Bailey and her husband Errol Phipps have two daughters and are longtime Dallas residents. They attend City Temple Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
